What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate production AI and full-stack products in a small, fast-moving team where I can own features from ambiguous requirements through architecture, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

At A2R, I own architecture and implementation for a multi-tenant AI product, building secure Next.js, Convex, and WorkOS features with SSO, RBAC, tenant isolation, and document-level access control. I've improved retrieval relevance by approximately 25% and reduced information-search time by approximately 60% through tool-using agents over Jira and Confluence knowledge sources.
