At RIU Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, I manage hotel contracting, rates, and commercial conditions across international markets.

I oversee hotel product for Dubai, Sri Lanka, Zanzibar, Mauritius, Thailand, and the Maldives. I analyse rates, promotions, supplements, validity periods, and contractual conditions to maintain competitive pricing.

I investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between contracted rates and system or distribution data, while preparing commercial, pricing, and performance reports in Excel. I also support new hotel openings by implementing rates, contracts, and product information accurately.

My hospitality background includes front-desk guest service at RIU and customer experience work at Nickelodeon Adventure Park. I bring a detail-oriented, cross-cultural approach to working with hotels, tour operators, internal teams, and international currencies.
