I’m looking to lead personal-lines underwriting and risk strategy, optimize loss ratios, and grow bancassurance and product partnerships—turning insurance operations and governance into measurable profitability across LATAM.

I’m an Underwriting Manager and Insurance Operations Executive with 14+ years scaling profitability in LATAM. I currently lead Personal Lines underwriting, setting technical direction and informing corporate risk strategy through strong underwriting governance.

Previously, I held full P&L ownership of a mass-insurance portfolio exceeding USD 35M GWP, tripling it from ~USD 10.5M (+233%, 2019–2025) while reducing the loss ratio by 15%. I’m known for expert technical underwriting across P&C, Surety, and Engineering, partnering with teams to structure coverage and improve underwriting outcomes.

I also build distribution and product growth through B2B development and bancassurance: I launched 18 products and structured 5 key bancassurance agreements, consolidating the commercial ecosystem across 5 regions.
