At Grupo Médico Diagnóstico Proa, I configured Cisco FTD firewalls and Huawei, Cisco, and Aruba switches to enable new branches, including Laboratorios Chopo and Acceso Salud.
I also configured Avaya and Cisco IP telephony, managed Microsoft accounts, deployed VPNs, and handled technical incidents through the company intranet ticketing system.
At Totalplay, I provided second-level support to field staff diagnosing network faults involving ZTE, Fiberhome, and Huawei technologies. I worked with centralized management platforms and configured VLANs and IP addressing.
My other experience includes supporting educators with digital learning platforms, assisting with accounting processes, and installing and maintaining computer networks. I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications.
