At SPAR Albania, I lead nationwide logistics through a 15,000 sqm central distribution centre and supporting warehouses, managing transport, inventory, staffing, and service KPIs.

I directed the DC launch and operational stabilisation while implementing ERP changes and WMS-based processes. I built two-shift structures, role ownership, SOPs, and KPI reporting to strengthen control, scalability, and cost discipline.

Previously, at Integrated Tech Solutions, I supported Deloitte Germany’s Porsche logistics control-tower operations, coordinating DB Schenker, DSV, and DHL Freight across inbound, pre-production warehouse, and returnable-packaging flows.

I’ve also built a B2B freight portfolio to approximately EUR 30,000 in monthly revenue at DHL Albania, led a 15-person QA team at AUTO1 Group SE, and coordinated more than 500 vehicles from Slovenia to Albania within five days at Shega Trans.
