At TradeZ LLC, I prepared construction estimates for US townhouses, including roof, drywall, framing, and paint takeoffs. I also created bid proposals and documented job orders, plans, and estimates.
At Wong Chu King Holdings Inc. (WCKHI), I worked on preconstruction, construction, close-out, and building maintenance for industrial warehouses, gas stations, broiler houses, and an open pier port. Earlier, at D. M. Consunji Inc. (DMCI), I worked on construction for the 150 MLD Laguna Lake Water Treatment Plant, including an oxidation tank, a dissolved air flotation building, and ground improvement.
