Supervised site execution, BOQ tracking, material/equipment logistics, and DPWH compliance for government infrastructure projects.

Handled quantity take-offs, BOQ creation, vendor negotiations, and progress claims for boutique hotels, luxury retail boutiques, and corporate office fit-outs.

Managed site supervision, quality control, billing documentation, and re-blocking/rehabilitation works along the Iligan-Cagayan (Laguindingan) Highway.
