What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design accessible, engaging e-learning experiences, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and turn complex content into clear learning journeys with measurable learner outcomes.

I've designed and delivered e-learning for Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey | The Learning Gate, creating 9+ courses, 40+ lessons, activities, and assessments for Data Science and Marketing learners.

I translate subject-matter expertise into structured, self-paced learning using Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, SCORM, and interactive instructional design. My course work supported learner satisfaction with an NPS of 82% and included up to three ready-for-sale courses per campaign.

My background in psychology, research, and teaching informs how I build accessible learning experiences. I've also taught English, trained laboratory colleagues, and developed an online emotional health course for at-risk teenagers.
