I’m a Data Quality Analyst focused on using data-driven analysis to strengthen AI outcomes, especially through language and quality improvements. In my TELUS Digital role (11/2024–05/2025), I concentrated on data quality to support reliable product performance.
Previously, as an Apple Inc. Annotation Analyst (01/2022–06/2023), I conducted in-depth language analysis for Siri to improve artificial intelligence and machine learning processes.
