At GFT Technologies, I designed and built an internal AI operations platform for the Managed Services teams, migrating a Streamlit monolith to FastAPI and LangGraph with a React chat frontend.
I designed intent routing across specialized LangGraph agents and workflows, added RAG over internal knowledge with Qdrant, and implemented LLM tracing for tokens, cost, and latency with Langfuse. I also built a chat interface for structured agent outputs and implemented Azure AD (Entra ID) SSO.
On Open Insurance APIs, I work with TypeScript, NestJS, and AWS, handling incidents, API updates, and releases under regulatory deadlines. I built a production Dynatrace observability dashboard covering AWS services, ECS health checks, synthetic monitors, and third-party APIs.
