I am a passionate and driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from AL-Neelain University. Over the past few years, I have honed my skills in customer service and operations management, particularly during my tenure as an Operation Team Leader at Interface CO. Ltd. Here, I successfully led various projects outsourced from Malomatia in Qatar, including initiatives for the Primary Health Care Corporation and the Ministry of Public Health. My role involved managing customer inquiries, guiding them through complex processes, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Prior to my leadership role, I excelled as a Customer Service Representative, where I developed a strong foundation in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively. My experience as an Assistant Auditor further enhanced my analytical skills and attention to detail. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am adept at multitasking, having balanced my responsibilities as an Assistant Auditor and Operation Team Leader simultaneously. I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to a dynamic team and help achieve organizational goals.
