What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Customer Support Representative role where I can help customers, respond to their questions, and support a positive customer experience.

Through my independent gadget business, I communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets. I answer questions and recommend suitable gadgets and accessories to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

I manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries, keeping customers informed along the way. When concerns come up, I work toward practical solutions and use customer feedback to improve the buying experience.

I also assist with family and community deliveries, paying attention to instructions and customer expectations during handovers. I’m pursuing a degree in Music at Lagos State University and am eager to bring my customer-facing experience to a Customer Support Representative role.
