What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to leverage my organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills to drive efficiency for a top-tier organization.

At local assembly, I manage facility operations, including building maintenance, vendor scheduling, and utility coordination for church services and events.

I modernized the church’s manual record system into a centralized digital format to improve operational efficiency. I also coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.

At Access Bank Plc, I handled customer queries through Avaya and digital channels and used CRM platforms and internal databases to track and resolve account issues. I was recognized for customer query resolution speed and compliance accuracy.
