What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level HR role where I can apply my recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations knowledge, enhance my skills, contribute to organizational growth, and build a successful career in Human Resources.

At Risinia Builders, I supported end-to-end HR operations, focusing on recruitment and employee life cycle management.

I handled job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, document verification, offer releasing, and onboarding. I also created employee profiles, managed Keka HRMS credentials, monitored attendance and leave records, and maintained employee records.

I'm an MBA (HR) graduate who enjoys contributing to employee engagement and building a career in Human Resources.
