I am a highly motivated and analytical fresher currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Lucknow. My experience as a Customer Care Executive at Niftel Communications Pvt. Ltd. has equipped me with strong customer service skills, maintaining a customer satisfaction rating of 96.7% while resolving over 90 queries daily. This role has honed my ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently, which I believe are essential in any dynamic business environment.
