Previously at Cmunity Innovations (CITYMALL), I progressed from Senior Executive to AM–Talent Acquisition and managed PAN India vendor-driven hiring. I tracked vendor performance and hiring metrics, supported screening, interviews, and onboarding, and partnered across teams to meet manpower requirements.

At Brainbees Solutions (FIRSTCRY), I managed end-to-end HR operations for 300 employees, including records, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, benefits, engagement events, reporting, and compliance documentation.
