Akshay Katoch

I’m a Computer Science graduate building scalable backend systems, REST APIs, database-driven applications, and real-time ERP platforms. I’m passionate about backend engineering, distributed systems, software architecture, and creating reliable applications using Java, SQL, and modern backend technologies.

As a Software Engineering Intern at Verto Bizersv Pvt Ltd., I contributed to a real-time Financial ERP platform for invoice management, payment tracking, reconciliation, treasury forecasting, and financial reporting. I also integrated Supabase Realtime and REST APIs for live synchronization and automated ledger processing using PostgreSQL triggers, views, and SQL functions.

Across my projects, I’ve designed production-ready backend services with Spring Boot, Spring Security, JWT, RBAC, and optimized PostgreSQL architectures. I enjoy building structured, maintainable APIs (including Swagger documentation, pagination, filtering, sorting, and search) using a clean Controller–Service–Repository approach.
