I’m looking for a role where I can apply marketing thinking and business operations to improve customer experience—handling coordination and communication end-to-end, solving issues quickly, and learning from a team that values process and customer needs.

I’m a BBA Marketing student who combines customer handling, sales coordination, and travel operations experience to help businesses deliver a smooth, high-quality customer journey. In my role as a Professional Travel Consultant (2025–2026), I assisted customers in planning customized international travel packages across Europe.

I managed client communication through calls, chats, and emails to ensure a strong customer experience, while also coordinating with internal teams for booking confirmations and itinerary management. I also completed a final research project on digital marketing strategies in the tourism industry using PickYourTrail as a case study, strengthening how I connect marketing decisions to customer behavior. I bring clear communication, coordination skills, and problem-solving—supported by tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM software.
