What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a travel-industry role where I can deliver exceptional customer service, manage bookings and itineraries, and support clients end-to-end—using strong time management and clear communication to build trust and solve needs fast.

I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated tourism management graduate with hands-on experience in the travel industry. I’ve supported senior staff with planning and organizing holiday packages, coordinating with clients and vendors, and building practical customer service and travel management skills.

In my recent role as a Travel Consultant (February 6, 2024 - July 24, 2024), I managed client travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and accommodation. I handled customers’ inquiries with effective communication, using time management, teamwork, and adaptability—while staying passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures.
