I'm currently supporting Thomas Cook India’s Europe Branch Coordination team, serving as a point of contact across interdepartmental teams and PAN India branches.
I maintain cancellation reports and travel documents while using Canva to promote departures and bookings. I also bring hands-on experience in travel operations, e-Visa coordination, client communication, and marketing presentations from my internship at Foxtrot Interactive.
My postgraduate studies in Travel and Tourism Management have strengthened my interest in travel planning, customer service, cultural awareness, and creating memorable client experiences.
I've also contributed through field research in Udaipur, research on travel influencers and tourist satisfaction, and volunteering at OTM Mumbai, the Wildlife Tourism Conclave & Awards, and as a tour guide for an ICT tourist group.
