I’m a results-driven Senior Business Analyst and QA Lead with 4+ years of experience delivering high-quality web and mobile applications for US and global clients. I combine end-to-end business analysis with QA leadership to ensure projects stay well-structured, properly planned, and executed within timelines.

I lead end-to-end project ownership—from requirement gathering and BRD/FRD creation to user stories, workflows, and functional discussions. I coordinate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements, manage change requests, and translate business objectives into robust, scalable solutions.

Across projects, I manage multiple deliveries with operational oversight: project planning, execution, team staffing, resource allocation, workload management, and escalation handling. I monitor progress, resolve critical issues when required, and drive smooth collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and management to protect delivery excellence.

I also run QA activities end-to-end, including test planning, test case review, defect management, regression validation, API testing, and coordination with teams. I’ve led teams independently, conducted QA and BA interviews, mentored team members, and ensured accountability so our deliverables consistently meet both quality and business expectations.
