What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level opportunity as an Associate – HR Service Delivery or HR Executive, where I can deliver timely, high-quality HR support across the employee life cycle.

At IntelOride, I serve as the first point of contact for employee and client queries, resolving them accurately and confidentially. I also manage HR operations, from recruitment and offer rollout through onboarding and documentation.

I maintain HRMIS records, employee databases, and personnel files in line with confidentiality and compliance standards. I also identify process improvements across recruitment and onboarding workflows.

During my Talent Acquisition HR internship at AU Small FinanceBank, I supported end-to-end recruitment for retail banking and operations roles. I sourced and screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and helped with onboarding and pre-joining documentation.

At Teleperformance, I responded to customer inquiries about exchanges and returns and trained new staff on troubleshooting and operational workflows. I’m pursuing an MBA in HR & Marketing at Amity Global Business School, Indore (Amity University Noida), and seeking an entry-level opportunity in HR Service Delivery or as an HR Executive.
