At KIMS Avitis Hospital and Avitis Institute of Medical Sciences, I've supported hospital operations through IT service management, infrastructure rollouts, and data reporting. I led technical setup for 200+ workstations during a hospital transition while maintaining continuity of operations.
I've designed and deployed six production Power BI dashboards for patient feedback, asset tracking, IT ticketing, revenue, daily MIS, and medicine expiry reporting. Using SQL, DAX, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, and Power Automate, I turn operational data into real-time reports used by hospital leadership.
I also built and locally hosted a Claude AI-assisted asset management and IT ticketing application, replacing manual tracking with a centralized hospital-wide system.
