What I'm looking for

I want to keep designing fixtures and engineering tooling that improve dimensional accuracy, safety, and throughput—using DFM/DFA, quick-clamp and modular solutions, and data-driven process optimization to reduce cost while supporting shop-floor execution.

I’m a mechanical engineer with close to 5 years of experience, including 4 years in fixture design and development and around 1 year in manufacturing/production support. My focus is building reliable hydraulic and mechanical fixtures—assembly, welding, testing, and marking—so production runs with dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and operator safety.

I’m proficient in fixture design concepts and in applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) to reduce cycle time and simplify builds. I regularly work on quick clamping mechanisms, modular fixture solutions, tolerance stack-up calculations, and manufacturing/weldment drawings aligned to John Deere standards (JDV20.1 & JDV24).

I use Creo, SolidWorks, and PTC Windchill to design, detail, and manage product data, and I support process optimization through fixture testing and shop-floor troubleshooting. From cost estimation to value engineering and root cause analysis, I aim for practical, cost-effective solutions that improve both performance and shop-floor execution.
