At Multisteer, I develop hydraulic steering cylinders and mechanical accessories from concept to production. My work includes 3D CAD design and 2D drafting in SolidWorks, with marine standards, DFM/DFA, and GD&T applied to product development.
I introduced DFMEA, CAE analysis, and 3D printing into SOPs at Multisteer. I also perform hydraulic and mechanical calculations, tolerance stack analysis, and CAE validation.
Earlier, as a VAVE Design Intern at KohlerITC, I developed two cost-effective design concepts with up to 65% material reduction. I also contributed to the design of a tubular chassis with TRIDENTRACING (SAE E-Baja) and to the granted design patent for “POUCHFILLINGANDSEALINGMACHINE” during my consultancy with ELWeigh.
