I’m a self-taught AI automation builder. I learned by solving real problems inside my own business.
Since 2023 I’ve run Ramasa, the online arm of my family’s wholesale trade: about 250 orders a month on Meesho and Flipkart with a 2-person team. To scale it without hiring, I built the automation myself:
A WhatsApp Business API bot in Node.js on the Meta Cloud API, deployed on my own Linux VPS
An AI-assisted listing tool (Node.js proxy + LLM APIs) that drafts marketplace titles, descriptions and attributes
An automated pipeline that generates print-ready PDF worksheets for LittleSoar, my children’s SEL digital products brand
Make.com and Shopify integrations
Before that I spent 6 years in client-facing operations: TCS (Citibank US mortgage operations, promoted twice to SME, 2x Best Employee of the Month), BT (UK broadband technical support) and Think Talent (B2B SaaS onboarding, renewals and ISMS controls).
That mix is what I bring: I can talk to a client, understand the real workflow, then build and maintain the automation that fixes it. Comfortable with US/UK/EU overlap hours. Fluent in English and Hindi; also Bengali and Assamese.
