I’m a results-driven DevOps Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience across cloud support and DevOps operations. I focus on cloud infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and technical troubleshooting to keep services available and stable.

In my current role at Wipro, I monitor cloud-based services and infrastructure for high availability and rapid incident resolution. I manage and prioritize support tickets, perform root-cause analysis on recurring incidents, and document resolutions to reduce future downtime. I also coordinate with internal teams to maintain SLA compliance and ensure seamless service continuity.

I strengthen reliability by combining Linux fundamentals and networking knowledge for faster diagnosis of system and connectivity issues. I automate recurring monitoring and alerting checks using shell scripts, improving mean time to detection (MTTD), while keeping runbooks and standard operating procedures up to date. I support AWS EC2 instance deployment and configuration, including basic security group and access management for hosted workloads.

Previously, as a Cloud Support Engineer at Tenjin Technologies, I provided first-line support by triaging incidents and resolving issues within SLA timelines. I monitored system health and dashboards, used ServiceNow ITSM tooling to log and track tickets, and reduced handling time by building knowledge base articles. I’m now looking to grow into a broader DevOps/Cloud Engineering role by expanding expertise in automation, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment pipelines.
