At Impromp2Labs, I founded and operate a GenAI production house, designing reusable prompt frameworks for image, video, and text generation. I build workflows for film, brand, and client projects, including creative QA and internal automation.

At Fanatics Commerce, I owned prompt engineering across 12+ production AI initiatives. I built a model evaluation framework with HELM-style metrics and DocETL-backed comparisons, and designed a prompt lifecycle that cut time-to-production by 50%.

I also shipped bulk image auditing with structured JSON and CSV delivery, and re-architected prompts for a customer-support bot, driving 70% of its containment improvement.
