I am a Conversational AI engineer and technical leader with experience shipping production AI systems for enterprise clients, particularly in financial services and healthcare. I focus on rapid iteration, technical excellence, and delivering measurable business impact such as reducing support volume and operational costs.

I have founded and scaled a global community platform serving users in 80+ countries, led teams to deploy hardware-accelerated inference pipelines, and engineered high-performance computer vision and conversational systems. My work includes building production-scale debt-collection and contact-center AI, as well as open-source contributions and published technical implementations.
