I’m looking for a backend role where I can own scalable fintech systems—designing microservices, high-throughput APIs, and distributed workflows on AWS, with strong engineering practices, observability, and room to modernize legacy platforms.

I’m a Software Engineer with 3+ years in the financial technology domain, specializing in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-throughput API design on AWS. I’ve delivered scalable, resilient backend platforms across payment infrastructure, compliance automation, and legacy modernization—always with a focus on reliability, performance, and end-to-end ownership.

In my most recent role, I engineered backend services and REST APIs handling 10K+ daily transactions, and migrated ~90% of transaction traffic from a legacy gateway while improving resilience. I also architected internal payment APIs across multiple teams and an external vendor, optimized latency by 30% using Redis duplicate request detection, and strengthened security by building encrypted data transfer APIs in Go.
