At Spikewell India, I build HIPAA-compliant cloud analytics solutions for major U.S. healthcare clients, processing billions of healthcare records through Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.

I develop enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, and dynamic Row-Level Security that help healthcare providers monitor patient throughput, wait times, readmission rates, resource utilization, and staff utilization across 10+ departments. I've optimized Delta tables, SQL queries, and indexing strategies to reduce curated-data processing time by 40% and improve query performance by 35%.

I also designed orchestration and metadata-refresh automation connecting Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric pipelines, SQL Analytics Endpoint, and Fabric Lakehouse to improve centralized scheduling, monitoring, consistency, and reliability.

My work spans Medallion Architecture, star and snowflake data models, Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Spark notebooks, FHIR/HL7 integrations, and secure healthcare data processing. I hold Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals and Power BI Data Analyst Associate certifications.
