Previously, I served as an Executive (Personnel & Admin.) at STRASSENBURG PHARMACEUTICALS PVT. LTD. from February 2016 to September 2025. In this role, I supported both personnel responsibilities and administrative functions to ensure smooth workforce operations.
I hold a B.Com (Hons.) qualification and bring a structured, commerce-trained mindset to HR and administration. I communicate effectively in Bengali, Hindi, and English, and I value consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
