At Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), I manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation, while coordinating manpower planning and workforce deployment across departments.

I handle vendor coordination, contract renewals, and service audits, and support employee relations, disciplinary processes, and IR compliance.

I developed and maintained HR/Admin SOPs and process manuals. I also coordinated recruitment, training, onboarding, and interviews for outsourced manpower.

Earlier, as an HR Intern at Copmed Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. / Pharmaforce Group, I supported recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement activities, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance tasks.
