I've led complex corporate, institutional, and special events at Presidential Gourmet, managing approximately $7 million in client accounts and delivering programs for venues including the Royal Ontario Museum, Ontario Science Centre, and Downsview Hangar.

I coordinate budgets, timelines, menus, venues, staffing, suppliers, rentals, logistics, and event-day delivery. I’ve directed cross-functional teams of more than 300 employees while resolving high-pressure challenges and maintaining service standards.

As the owner and operator of Navarra’s Eatery, I built and ran a full-service restaurant, balancing staffing, purchasing, supplier relationships, customer experience, quality, cost control, and financial performance.

I currently lead Evermere Press, overseeing strategy, branding, marketing, website management, production, distribution, and project launches.
