I am a community engagement and programme support professional with an academic background in Psychology and hands-on experience supporting education, inclusion, and psychosocial initiatives for children and youth. I have contributed to Community Engagement & Empowerment activities, facilitating awareness and learning sessions for groups of children including those with special needs, and supported multiple programme and engagement activities across school and community settings.

During clinical and field internships I supported psychosocial assessments, behavioural observations, counselling interventions, and activity monitoring and documentation, aligned with safeguarding standards. I coordinated student training activities, managed event logistics for large participant groups, supervised volunteers, and fostered stakeholder engagement to ensure inclusive and gender-sensitive programming.

I am particularly interested in WASH-related community engagement, behaviour change and hygiene promotion, and child-centred programming aligned with UNICEF’s mandate. I bring strengths in programme coordination, basic M&E, data collection and reporting, training facilitation, and inclusive education support.
