What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advance into a Senior Case Management or Child Protection Officer or Coordinator role, contributing technical expertise, team leadership, quality assurance, and effective protection programming to humanitarian and child protection initiatives.

At SHARP’s Voluntary Repatriation Center (VRC), Nowshera, I manage child protection cases for vulnerable, unaccompanied, separated, and at-risk children. I conduct Best Interest Assessments and support Best Interest Determination processes, with children’s safety and views informing case decisions.

I review case files and plans, provide technical guidance to case management staff, and facilitate referrals to health, psychosocial, legal, and education services. I also support family tracing and reunification and return-related case management.

Previously, I worked as a Child Protection Community Mobilizer with the International Rescue Committee, supporting Afghan refugees through community mobilization, child protection assessments, family links, and awareness sessions. My earlier work includes social organizing, agricultural research, field work, and teaching.
