Sabeen Fatima

I bring 5 years of multi-disciplinary experience across project management, education, event management, and social media strategy. I’ve led and supported projects spanning educational initiatives to large-scale events, consistently delivering successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.

As a Youth Development Officer, I manage and coordinate multiple projects focused on youth, women empowerment, and social justice. I built relationships with stakeholders including community members, partners, and donors, and designed trainings and workshops on leadership, advocacy, and human rights—while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities at once.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my impact through teaching and direct social support work. As a Lecturer, I facilitated learning using varied modalities, mentored students for education and career preparedness, and analyzed social behavior data; in social welfare and medical social work roles, I completed psychosocial evaluations and needs assessments, documented case histories daily, and supported treatment planning and follow-up.
