What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to lead mobile development projects, foster team collaboration, and innovate user-centric solutions in a dynamic environment.

Hey, I'm Julian. For the last 10+ years, I've been building and scaling mobile apps in React Native and TypeScript for everything from early-stage startups to big enterprise teams.
I'm usually the engineer brought in when a mobile app needs to scale up without falling over—whether that means building an offline-first sync engine (WatermelonDB, React Query) for field workers with spotty Wi-Fi, creating a shared design system in Expo so the team can ship faster, or jumping into native iOS/SwiftUI and Android code when React Native hits a wall. I also care a lot about the unglamorous stuff that keeps teams sane: solid automated testing (Jest, Cypress), clean CI/CD pipelines, and real accessibility (WCAG).
