At Back Road Buds, I maintain medical cannabis plants through cloning, transplanting, pruning, harvest, and post-harvest processing.

I monitor light, humidity, temperature, and CO2 levels, manage irrigation and nutrient solutions, and sanitize grow rooms and equipment between harvest cycles to support crop performance and prevent cross-contamination.

Previously at Shaker Hill Outdoors, I drove sales, managed inventory and storefront operations, trained seasonal employees, and supported marketing through social media promotions and events.
