Planned and executed cultivation strategy and production schedules for a 10,000 sq ft mixed-light permitted canopy. Led, trained, and delegated work for a crew of 4-15 across the full plant life cycle, and maintained 100% compliance with California METRC requirements.

Rebuilt the company website and created standard operating procedures for order fulfillment, achieving same-day order processing and increased online sales. Managed customer service, order fulfillment, social media, marketing, distributor relationships, and in-house product photography.

Independently ran cultivation across outdoor, greenhouse, and indoor facilities totaling roughly 2,500 plants / 10,000 sq ft. Set and carried out daily fertilization, irrigation, and feeding schedules, and applied core horticultural techniques including transplanting, pruning, defoliation, and harvest.

Ran daily operations including customer service, delivery coordination, inventory management, and staff supervision for a team of four. Built and managed vendor relationships, set product quality standards, and completed close to 100 deliveries per week.
