At Sun Life (Software Engineer - Data), I maintain a scalable data integration platform using CloverDX, MySQL, and Snowflake. I expanded the platform from Maxwell Health to serve multiple web applications across Sun Life’s Digital Cloud Platform, leading agile startup methodologies while applying enterprise ETL best practices to process millions of records daily with strong data quality and system reliability.

I also served as both Product Manager and Scrum Master on an agile team, enabling Sun Life’s digital transformation while I built automated data pipelines and real-time analytics capabilities. My focus has been translating data needs into consistent analytics, reporting, and machine learning outputs that integrate legacy systems with modern cloud applications.

Previously at Sun Life (Senior Technical Consultant) and Maxwell Health (Technical Specialist), I supported platform enhancements and feature improvements, acted as a point person for data-related requests using SQL in the data warehouse and internal tools, and led digital excellence and data integrity as a senior technical specialist. I investigated and remediated escalated technical issues and potential data incidents using Postman, SQL queries, and ZenDesk, and I collaborated with Client Success to create technical training curriculums—plus wrote internal release notes for wider, less technical audiences.
