I've built analytics platforms that turn large, messy datasets into decisions stakeholders can act on. Using SQL Server, Python, and Power BI, I investigate retention, churn, promotional trade-offs, and business performance.

For an Indian D2C retail dataset spanning 12,000+ orders and 6,000+ customers, I built an end-to-end SQL ETL and EDA pipeline plus a three-page interactive Power BI dashboard. My RFM segmentation identified 22% Champions and 21.5% Lost customers, while retention declined from 35–40% at month zero to single digits by months five and six.

I also analyzed 1,095 IPL matches and 260,920 ball-by-ball deliveries across 17 seasons to test assumptions around toss decisions and chasing. The analysis showed captains fielded first 74.9% of the time in the modern era but won only 46.3% of those matches.

Beyond analytics, I've coordinated logistics, marketing, and operations for a college cultural festival with 200+ participants. I'm an IT graduate with hands-on experience communicating data-backed findings through interactive dashboards and stakeholder reporting.
