At J Turner Research, I run the product function for a suite of Online Reputation Management products serving the US multifamily industry. I built an end-to-end delivery process from scratch, now used across all pods, while helping grow the platform to 8,260+ active properties.

I’ve also launched services including Review Response Assistant and Social Media Management, coordinated an ML pipeline processing reviews across properties, and introduced AI-assisted workflows that cut spec generation time. Earlier, at BharatAgri, I set up automated reporting dashboards and integrated fulfilment systems to automate order and inventory workflows.
