What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product role where I can own roadmap and learner/user outcomes, partner with engineering to ship AI/GenAI and experimentation, and use analytics to reduce churn and friction—while staying close to users.

I’m a Product Manager who thinks in data, builds in code, and turns ambiguity into shipped products. With 4+ years across AI/ML, data science, marketplaces, and platform products, I’ve delivered GenAI, personalization, churn prediction, and analytics solutions that move traffic, CTR, retention, and revenue.

In my recent role as Associate Director - Product & Technology, I own an LXP product roadmap, define learner analytics (enrolment through drop-off), and improve the learner journey across onboarding, modules, assessments, and certification. Earlier, I launched GenAI review summaries and intent-based personalization (A/B test driven) and reduced churn via churn prediction models—staying close to users while pairing execution with business-aligned prioritization.
