My Power BI customer retention dashboard brings together customer demographics, transactions, loyalty, and churn data. I used Power Query and DAX to examine retention trends, customer lifetime value, and purchasing patterns.
For a book clustering project, I scraped data for 1,000 books, prepared it for analysis, and applied K-Means clustering. The visualizations supported insights for inventory management, product recommendations, pricing, and customer segmentation.
I’ve also used Python for financial risk analysis and market basket analysis, and SQL to examine delivery performance and route efficiency. These projects focused on turning data into findings and recommendations for business decisions.
