My Employee Attrition Study analyzed employee data for attrition drivers such as overtime, salary hikes, and work-life balance. I cleaned data, performed exploratory analysis, and created visualizations with Python and Power BI.
I built predictive models using Logistic Regression and Random Forest to forecast attrition risk, then provided insights for employee retention strategies.
