I've delivered end-to-end quality assurance for Capgemini projects, including Willis Towers Watson’s risk management and insurance platform showcased at RIMS 2024.
As the sole QA in an eight-person Agile team, I designed and executed 500+ manual test cases, developed test plans across 30+ sprint cycles, and helped deliver zero-defect releases.
I built and maintained Selenium C# automation for 80+ regression tests, reducing manual regression effort by around 30%. I also identified, logged, and tracked 200+ defects, contributing to an estimated 25% reduction in production issues.
On Service Link, I automated 150+ scenarios using Selenium Java and SpecFlow, created Gherkin feature files, and presented signed-off features to client stakeholders.
