What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting U.S. healthcare providers and patients through accurate remote clinical assistance, EHR management, prior authorizations, patient communication, and coordinated follow-up care.

I'm currently supporting DCC Consultants' Kidney Care Center as a Clinical Support Specialist, preparing 40+ charts for provider follow-up and managing TCM workflows, e-prescriptions, laboratory results, referrals, and care coordination.

Previously, at MDTECH supporting Cardiac and Vein WoRx, I handled chart preparation, medication refills, prior authorizations, insurance communication, and 30+ daily patient calls. I also prepared and faxed cardiology notes and medical records while maintaining accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks.

My MBBS training and house officer internship at Central Park Teaching Hospital gave me hands-on clinical experience across medicine, surgery, dermatology, and obstetrics and gynecology. I bring practical patient-care experience alongside remote U.S. healthcare workflow knowledge using eClinicalWorks, Athena, CoverMyMeds, Avaya, Excel, and Word.
