I’m looking for a healthcare role in patient care coordination/case management where I can use EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and telehealth/remote monitoring to improve outcomes in fast-paced, team-based care.

I’m an MBBS-qualified healthcare professional with combined experience in direct clinical care and patient care coordination. I manage clinical documentation and EMR/EHR workflows while coordinating scheduling, referrals, patient intake/follow-up, and interdisciplinary care to support accurate, compliant, patient-centred delivery.

In my roles, I’ve supported acute-care environments and ensured efficient healthcare operations, including telehealth coordination, remote patient monitoring, and chronic care management. I also bring hands-on clinical exposure from general medicine, general surgery, and allied medicine rotations, along with community leadership through founding healthcare-focused organizations and running mobile clinic and awareness efforts.
