I'm supporting physicians and clinical teams through medical scribing, scheduling, documentation, and healthcare operations. At Laser Vascular Centre, I lead and support junior medical scribes while coordinating physician-specific EHR workflows and follow-up tasks.

I work closely with Medical Assistants and physicians on prescription refills, medication requests, appointment coordination, referrals, lab orders, schedule changes, and patient needs. I focus on keeping requests communicated, accurate, and completed on time.

Previously, at Prime Health Services, I provided real-time medical scribing for Internal Medicine physicians and maintained accurate EMR records in line with HIPAA requirements. At Billing Freedom, I managed patient calls, lab and appointment follow-ups, prior authorizations through CoverMyMeds, referrals, eligibility verification, and insurance checks.

I'm experienced with Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Practice Fusion, CureMD, CoverMyMeds, UHC Provider Portal, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace across Internal Medicine, Vascular Surgery, Podiatry, Family Medicine, and Pain Management.
